By accessing, registering, enrolling, or purchasing anything on www.courses.squls.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
The Platform is exclusively owned and operated by Squls.com (“Squls”, “we”, “us”, “our”). All content, software, design, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Squls Ltd or its licensors.
You must be 18+ or have verifiable parental/guardian consent. By using the Platform you warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at admin@squls.com.
Squls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access enrolled courses for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any content.
5.1 All fees are non-refundable except as stated below.
5.2 7-day refund policy: Full refund available only if requested within 7 days of purchase AND you have completed less than 20 % of the course AND have not downloaded any certificate or bonus materials.
5.3 After 7 days or exceeding these limits → no refund under any circumstances.
5.4 Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and pursuit of all associated costs.
5.5 Course Content & Accuracy Disclaimer All course materials, lectures, examples, quizzes, and advice are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Technology, laws, best practices, and markets change rapidly. Squls and its instructors make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any information. You are solely responsible for independently verifying anything before relying on it in professional, financial, legal, medical, or business decisions. Squls shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from errors, omissions, outdated information, or your application of course content.
Certificates are digital, non-accredited (unless explicitly stated otherwise), issued at Squls’ sole discretion, and remain the property of Squls.
Courses are created and delivered by carefully selected independent professional instructors. Their opinions, techniques, and statements are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Squls. Squls acts only as a hosting platform and is not responsible for individual instructor content.
Any unauthorised recording, sharing, distribution, or commercial use of course content will be pursued aggressively, including permanent bans, DMCA takedowns, and legal claims for damages and injunctive relief.
Includes (but not limited to): bots, scraping, harassment, impersonation, interference with Platform functionality, or attempting unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate your access instantly, without notice or liability, for any reason, especially for suspected breach of these Terms.
11.1 The Platform and all courses are provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind.
11.2 We expressly disclaim all warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.3 No information provided constitutes professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.
11.4 You acknowledge you have not relied on any representation or guarantee regarding outcomes, job placement, income, or results except as expressly stated herein.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Squls Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
Squls is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (war, terrorism, pandemics, cyberattacks, etc.).
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified by email and/or Platform banner.
